White meadowsweet's beautiful flowers absolutely buzz with tiny pollinators. This plant is naturally found in wetlands surrounded by plants, and it may flop without the support of neighbors. For a stand-alone plant, try cutting back to 8 inches each year. If not watered regularly during establishment, its stems can die back quickly.
