Can you ship or deliver my plants?
Sorry, we only offer plants for in-person pickup. (See pickup details below.) We don't have the capacity to ship or deliver at this time.
Is your inventory up-to-date?
Yes, it is! You can see what's in stock here. Our inventory does fluctuate, and we are often restocking sold-out plants. You can see our sold-our species and sign up for back-in-stock alerts here.
When will my order be ready?
Orders are typically ready to pick up by our next business day (often sooner). We are open for business on Thursdays to Sundays (and on Wednesdays in May). See our hours here.
If you are placing an April pre-order, your order will be ready when the nursery reopens in May.
How long can you hold onto my order?
We can hold onto your order for up to two weeks. You will receive a couple of email reminders to pick them up.
If possible, pick up your plants the day you want to plant them. The plants need water every day while in their pots, and it's easy to forget and let them die. So let us care for them until you're ready to plant!
Do I need to schedule a pickup time?
No, just come in during our regular open hours. Please allow a few minutes for us to locate your order when you arrive.
Where do I pick up?
Plants can be picked up at our nursery in Cleveland during our regular business hours. Occasionally we hold special plant drop-off events so people can pick up their online orders elsewhere in Greater Cleveland (such as Lakewood and Gates Mills). If one of these is coming up, it will be listed at the bottom of our Visit Us page.
