Like other mints, hairy woodmint is a pollinator magnet. Unlike other mints, it won't take over. This plant has a strong mint aroma, which keeps deer at bay. It grows best when it gets at least 3 hours of sunlight and is tucked behind other plants to hide tired foliage.
